Bifidobacterium a probiotic increases our immune system by taking up space and crowding out the bad bacteria that can cause infection to our body. What happens is the bad bacteria can take hold in our digestive tract to cause this infection. The bi takes up the space to prevent this.
Does Probiotics interfere with antibiotics?
When we take antibiotics, they do not just kill the bad bacteria but also affects the good bacteria. There is then a need to replenish the probiotics in our body.
